"No Air Con unfortunately, we visited in Jul/Aug very hot for the kids at night. The stairs up are a challenge, if you are fit and happy to get the steps then no issues. Unfortunately the electric tripped out during our stay, self fix. Unfortunately the shower head holder in the bathroom was broke and would stay fixed and the toilet flush handle also cracked slightly difficult. Advertised as with parking, however I had to square two different underground parking spaces in separate public parking spots, 1 5 mins out the other 20 mins walk from apartment."

"The location is absolutely wonderful, if you do not mind the "noise" which is really mostly atmosphere. But there is also a lot of garbage trucks in the morning which would probably bother some. But all in all it was a true Parisian experience."

"Fan in bedroom was not working and in the summer that is quite important. And then there were the 7 o'clock garbage truck noise. But it did not ruin anything for us. People should just know, so that those who need more quite do not chose this one."

"The location is very central, you can walk to the Louvres. The place is called the Latin Quarter and is very vibrant with many restaurants and cafes. It can be noisy."

"The interface with the rental agency is not pleasant. We receive a lot of irrelevant information and we have to insist to know how to check-in. Finally, the refund of the deposit was very complicated, more than three weeks."

"Location was excellent, loads of restaurants nearby for all meals, the apartment is compact but still enough room for 3 generations. spotlessly clean and fully service, a home away from home. The chocolate shop underneath the property is incredible and they were so helpful to us giving us paper and ribbon for wrapping pressies for a 4 year old. There is a supermarket and pharmacy within walking distance, and left luggage 10 minutes walk away. It is really close to the shakespeare book store and Notre Dame. This is also a great location for Disneyland, its only 15 minutes walk to the RER station. We will definitely be back"

"The entrance has a very narrow spiral staircase so this apartment will not be suitable for people with mobility issues. Bring ear plugs, the apartment is over some restaurants and was noisy on saturday night but its a busy city so to be expected"
